Q: I hate waiting in lines, when is the best arrival time to avoid a long line?

A: Our busiest nights are always on Friday and Saturday and the closer to Halloween it gets the busier we get. The best advice is to arrive early, about 15-20 minutes prior to starting ticket sales at 7:00 P.M. We also have VIP tickets for sale, this will enable you to bypass the line.

Q: Is the waiting area indoors or outdoors?

A: Outdoors. Please enjoy our old school movie screen playing classic horror trailers. Please be prepared in case of bad weather conditions.

Q: What ages is your attraction appropriate for?
A:
We do not recommend our attraction for children 10 and under. Be advised that the haunted houses has emergency exits.  Children age 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Q: Will my kid get scared?

A: This is a very common question and the most impossible for us to answer. It really depends on the child. We've found that some children get very scared while some don't at all.

Q: I'm going to bring my child, what happens if they get too scared?

A: If the child (or adult) gets too scared, we do have exits through out the haunted house.

Q: If we exit half way because my child is too scared, can we get some money back?

A: No, all ticket sales are final.

Q: Do you have strobe lights, loud noises, electric pulses or fog and is there any heath concern?

A: Yes, we do have strobe lights, very loud noises and fog machines. These items have been known to cause epileptic seizures. In addition, intermittent electrical pulses are used and can cause failure with medical devices (pacemakers, etc…).

Q: Are there refreshments available?

A: Food, Soda, Popcorn, RockStar Energy Drinks, along with other concessions.

Q: It says you close at 12pm/10pm. What happens if we purchased tickets and are already in line when you close?

A: Ticket sales end when we are at capacity. If you have a ticket, you will be allowed to enter.

A: Only if you don’t behave while going through the haunted house... then they will tear off your arm or leg, whichever is closer to them.
